German link building workers are missing
I work in a company that is creating websites for our customers. We also translate websites into English or German. We deal with search engine optimization inn both languages and we are one of the first companies of this type in Germany. We have this constant problem with german link building specialist. We just lack of them. Here we do not have specially trained and experienced people who could work for us and every single German link building specialist is for us very important. Sometimes we hire people from Austria or Switzerland but still it is not enough for such big market as German. We even started a special program for people from Poland and Czech Republic who would like to work in our company. Anyway search engine optimization here in Germany is still not so good developed as in the USA and it looks like we will have to work hard for another decades and we still will not be able to match with them. The another problem for us as a company is the fact that many of our previous workers decided to change the language they were working in. They decided to work for bigger English companies in order to earn more money. The only solution for us is to hire people form Eastern Europe. They want to work for us and they have there many professional specialists but it will be for us big investment and there is still no guarantee that it will pay off.
